In response to the needs of families affected by the Eaton and Palisades fires, we are developing a small catalog of pre-designed homes 🏠

This catalog aims to streamline the design (and engineering) process, and help ease financial burdens—while still delivering thoughtfully designed homes that reflect the character and scale of the impacted neighborhoods.

Each home will be a single-story design, ranging from 1,400 to 1,700 square feet. Standard layouts will include at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with flexible options to add or remove rooms based on individual needs.

TLDR - To offset design costs and speed up rebuilding, we’re offering a set of pre-designed + pre-engineered plans. We recognize that design fees are an unexpected expense, so we wanted to provide another alternative for families looking to rebuild a home with character.

Like many in our community, we are heartbroken by the devastation caused by the Palisades and Eaton fires. It will take time to recover from these losses, with many questions as to the right path forward.

Our office has been strategizing the best way we can support people affected by the fires and their rebuilding efforts. At this time, we are offering a pro-bono Feasibility Study (FS) and general support to anyone impacted by the fire who are considering to rebuild.
