What is industrial + playful with pops of color all over? The Tracy A. Stone office of course.
When deciding on the “look” of our new office kitchen, the goal was to make sure that it spoke the same design language as the rest of the space which, if you’re not familiar, is a converted warehouse. Previously, our old kitchen consisted of 20 year old IKEA kitchen cabinets that have held up wonderfully over the years, but our office was outgrowing their limited functionality.
Inspired by colorful mid-century kitchens, the new design uses warm maple wood, pops of color, and stainless steel countertops. Most notably, we had to include a pop of our office signature hue: “Tracy Stone Orange.”
Thank you to Heath Ceramics who provided us with their G55 Brick tile for the backsplash. It was the perfect natural, earthy looking tile to bring everything together.
And thank you to Donato and Alex for making the drawings a reality!!
One of our informal office traditions is to let our junior staff take on an internal project so they can acquire construction administration hours. This project was Abbi’s, who started this project before COVID and now is no longer junior staff. Everyone say good job Abbi!
