Avenel 5 includes five independent single-family homes in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. The design utilizes 3 unique unit types of A, B, & C ranging from 1500 sf to 2000 sf. Type A offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private garage, private deck and an attached ADU with a separate entrance. Type B & C feature 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, private garage & roof deck. Type C includes an additional private deck at the entry level. Each unit utilizes a mixture of black metal siding and dark grey stucco to extenuate the differences in depth.
