This project belongs to our dear friends at BMR Enterprises.
They approached us and told us that they had bought a commercial space and intend to use as a co-working space + their own personal offices. I think some of the phrasing that was used was “We want our office to look cool like the Tracy Stone office.”
New storefront windows open up the interior to the outside world for the first time. At the entry, there is a reception space along with a meeting / conference room. Beyond that there is an open work area with individual work stations. Other features include built-in kitchenette, phone booths, private shower, and six private offices.
There’s a second unit next door that they are also renovating to be a blank canvas to be ready for its new renters.
