Arroyo Apartments is a 9-unit multi-family development. Arroyo utilizes “sun hoods” on the windows to keep the interior cooler during the hot California Summers.

The main corridor of the building is open-air and acts as an atrium. This allows for extra windows and more natural light for all the units.
