Cochran 5 was inspired by the early modern and minimal traditional
buildings on the street, and the simple lines with the monochromatic palette
will allow the project to co-exist in a modest fashion with the historic
buildings on the street. The entire project is designed to serve as a
transition between the contemporary, 4-story project to the north, and the
two-story multi-unit buildings to the south. A single driveway serves all the
houses, and parking is accessed from this driveway at the rear of the front
units.
