We recently returned the Keeler Residence model to

We recently returned the Keeler Residence model to its rightful home after being in our office for repairs. (ICYMI, the Keeler Residence was designed by Ray and Finn Kappe in 1990, and one of the first houses Tracy worked with Ray.)

Jackson was able to rebuild the missing beams and window frames—restoring it to its former glory. He was also able to take a 3D scan, allowing the model to live forever in the digital world for future repairs! (Jackson is our resident computer genius)

Soon the house and model could have a new owner. The Keeler Residence is currently for sale listed by @crosbydoe

Swipe for the before — Another throwback to our Dahlia Drive residence completed in 2015. I love this one because not much was added to give an ordinary house more warmth and character.

The primary bedroom and new bathroom now open up to a private shaded patio. This was done in lieu of relocating the primary bedroom entirely.
