This project, a LEED Silver-certified expansion to the North Central shelter, transformed the facility from a bare-bones warehouse to a sustainable community center focused on facilitating successful adoptions. The work included the addition of 170 outdoor dog kennels, various assorted animal, bird, and reptile holding facilities, a detached behavioral assessment room, and training yards.

This project was completed in two phases in collaboration with Choy Associates.
