This eight-home project in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles is our most recent small lot development. In 2005, City of Los Angeles authorized small lot development with the goal of creating more urban density, while still providing a single-family home options for buyers. Each lot is individually owned; there are no shared walls, no common foundations, and no homeowners’ association dues.

Our Tujunga 8 project features eight single family homes, all situated on their own lot. The homes are all 2200 sf and feature three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, private garage, and roof deck. The combination of subtle textures create a warm, modern setting for dwellers.
