The Rowena Townhomes is located on an originally vacant lot on Rowena Avenue. The project offers 5 single-family small lot houses and an ADU in the rear unit. Each house stands three stories in stories in height and feature three bedrooms, two-car garages, and private roof decks. A variety of materials are utilized on each of the houses including stucco, fiber-cement siding, and metal siding to break up the design between each house and provide variety throughout the lot.
